K.H.Tan & Associates had been steadily growing since its establishment in 2014 in Butterworth, Pulau Pinang. Building on their success, the firm continued to expand its operations and reach. The firm started small and focused primarily on general practice, serving clients with various legal needs such as real estate transactions, estate planning, and civil litigation. Despite their humble beginnings, K.H.Tan & Associates quickly gained a reputation for their commitment to client satisfaction and their dedication to achieving the best possible outcomes.
As the firm’s reputation continued to grow, they became more sought-after in the legal community. This resulted in an increased demand for their services, prompting the partners to consider expanding their footprint.
In 2023, the firm took a significant step in their growth strategy by opening a second office in Georgetown. This expansion allowed them to better serve clients in the surrounding areas, enabling more individuals and businesses to benefit from their comprehensive legal services.
The success of the second office further fueled the partners’ ambitions. In the same year, the firm opened a third branch in Sungai Petani, Kedah, solidifying their presence in the region and broadening their reach even further.

JEANETTE TAN JAU JIIN (PARTNER)
Ms. Jeanette Tan Jau Jiin graduated with LLB (Hons) from University of Malaya in 2011 , the same year she was called to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya. Douglas Yee in the year of 2012 as a legal assistant and during her tenure, she was exposed to different areas of practice including but not limited to general litigation, civil and commercial litigation, employment dispute, family and matrimonial dispute etc. She believes the importance of crystalizing the real issues in disputes and strategizing the most effective and efficient approach to achieve a resolution.
TAN KHANG HONG (PARTNER)
Mr. Tan Khang Hong graduated with LLB (Hons) from University of Malaya in 2011 and has completed his pupilage in year 2012. He was called to the Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of High Court of Malaya in May 2012. Kington Tan Dzul as a legal assistant from 2012 until 2014 . K.H.Tan & Associates was formed. He is now practicing in real estate conveyancing matters and civil litigation matters.
WONG WAN CHEN (PARTNER)
Ms. Wong Wan Chen is a graduate from University of Malaya in 2011. Admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in May 2012. Over the years of practice, Ms. Wong has been involved actively in estate and conveyancing works, in particular, housing developments and security documentation of major banks in Malaysia.
H’NG KHAI CHUEN (PARTNER)
Ms. H’ng Khai Chuen graduated from the University of Northumbria, United Kingdom with a L.L.B (Hons) degree in 2008 and was awarded the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) from the Malaysian Legal Qualifying Board in 2010. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2011. Ghazi & Lim upon being called to the Bar and practised as a Legal Assistant. Over the years of practice, Ms. H’ng has been actively involved in real estate, conveyancing and banking corporate works.
TAN HUI MAY (PARTNER)
Ms Tan Hui May graduated from University of London External Program with a L.L.B (Hons) degree in 2017 and was awarded the Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) from the Legal Profession Qualifying Board of Malaysia in 2018. At the same year, she joined Messrs K.H. Tan & Associates as a chambering student and thereafter she was retained by the firm to practice as a Legal Assistant. She was called to the bar and admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2019. She is now a partner of the firm, practicing in real estate conveyancing matters and civil litigation matters.

WONG WAN CHEN (PARTNER)
Ms. Wong Wan Chen is a graduate from University of Malaya in 2011. Prior to her official employment with Messrs S. T. Goh & Johari, she has undergone pupilage training under Mr. Goh Sea Tai from Messrs S. T. Goh & Johari for nine (9) months and admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in May 2012. Over the years of practice, Ms. Wong has been involved actively in estate and conveyancing works, in particular, housing developments and security documentation of major banks in Malaysia.
